Column with Legal Queen: Between Legal Queen and Education Students: The Electrifying Faculty Elections Unveiled!

By: Muhammad Habibat Sani (UmmuYasmeen)

In the hustle and bustle of a busy day at the faculty, the path of Legal Queen was intercepted by three enthusiastic Education students. After exchanging pleasantries, they couldn't help but notice her hastiness. "What's the concern, Legal Queen?" they jokingly asked. With a smile, she replied, "Oh, my dear Education students, I've been caught up in the whirlwind of our faculty today!"

Curiosity piqued, one student  inquired, "Is it because of the highly anticipated faculty elections?" Legal Queen nodded, and another exclaimed, "Wow, I had no idea these elections were such a fierce competition! The student union elections I witnessed were more like a selection process, but this one feels like a battleground!"

Legal Queen chuckled and concurred, "You've hit the nail on the head! Our vibrant Faculty of Law is renowned for its law-abiding spirit and energetic nature. You can see that firsthand from the intense atmosphere surrounding these elections."

As they delved deeper into the topic, one of the students marveled at the active role played by the faculty's esteemed lecturers in ensuring fairness throughout the election process. "If only Nigeria's national elections were as rigorous and well-monitored as this," the student mused, "It would truly be a game-changer!"

Now, brace yourselves for the historic moments of the faculty election finale. The coveted position of President was triumphantly claimed by Barade, a candidate who won over the hearts of voters. And let's not forget the legal eagle with a heart of gold, Maimuna, who emerged victorious as the vice President - a dynamic duo ready to lead!

Before parting ways, Legal Queen couldn't resist sharing a valuable piece of advice, "As you revel in the excitement of our faculty's vibrant elections, do not forget the ultimate mission of our academic journey. Prepare yourselves for forthcoming challenges, like the dreaded GST test lurking just around the corner. Believe me, GST is no piece of cake!"

Legal Queen, signing off with a smile and a reminder that amidst the excitement, we must never lose sight of our academics.
