Inside UDUS: Postgraduate School Invites Newly-Admitted Postgraduate Students to Matriculation Ceremony

The School of Postgraduate Studies Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto has invited its newly admitted students to the matriculation ceremony of the University scheduled to take place on Wednesday 19th of July, 2023. 

This information which was obtained by Vanguard Press is contained in a press release from the office of the Secretary of Postgraduate School, Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto.

According to the press release dated 11th of July, 2023, the matriculation ceremony for the newly admitted students has been scheduled to hold on Wednesday 19th of July, 2023 at the Convocation Centre, Main Campus by 9 am.

The instructions contained in the Press release signed by Jazuli Abdullahi Muhammad on behalf of the Secretary of the Postgraduate School reads: "Accordingly, you're required to contact the Students' Affairs Division for collection of Academic Gown. Meanwhile, as attendance at the actual ceremony by all fresh Postgraduate students is compulsory, it is also mandatory for them to attend rehearsals on 18th of July, 2023 by 4 pm".

Inside UDUS: NUASA-UDUS Sets To Hold Congress Meeting

  Sewedo Khadijat reports In a bid to ensure and improve the harmonious relationship among various levels, the Nigerian Universities Accounting Students' Association (NUASA), Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto Chapter is set to hold congress meetings across all levels of Accounting Students. This information which was obtained by Vanguard Press is contained in a flier, released by the President of the Association,  Akintomiwa Isaac, and shared to many social media accounts. According to the flier, debate, quiz, talk show, miming competition poem recitation and cultural display are the events to be featured on that day.
